How many people can sit in a LuxCap cabin scooter?
Our LuxCap is type-approved for one person. It is designed with a very large and comfortable seat that ensures you have plenty of space and sit perfectly throughout the ride.
Can our cabin scooters be driven without a driver's license?
Our LuxCap 30 km/h models must not have a license plate. You only need to have a mandatory moped insurance. If you were born before January 19, 1995, no driver's license is required to drive this model, which makes it the perfect solution if you no longer have a car.
Our LuxCap Pickup 45 km/h models must be registered with a white license plate. It is required that the driver has a driver's license. The model may not be driven on sidewalks or in pedestrian streets and must be driven on the roads along with other traffic.
How do I charge my cabin scooter?
It is easy and simple to charge your LuxCap Pickup. When you get home, you plug the cabin scooter into charge with the included charger in a regular outlet – just like you charge a mobile phone. Depending on the battery model, a full charge typically takes 6–8 hours, and when it is done, the scooter is ready for the next trip. With this flexible solution, you can charge anywhere there is an outlet, making charging both convenient and hassle-free.

How easy is it to get in and out of a LuxCap?
